                                    Brief Answer:
Amoxycillin with Potassium clavulanate is best.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cracked nipples are prone for infection. The discharge could be pus.
The best thing is to send the discharge for Culture and sensitivity.
If not, Amoxycillin with potassium clavulanate combination is the best.
Get an Ultrasound of the affected breast, if there is no response to the above medicines.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
