Question: why do I struggle with good erection when am with my wife? I seem to be so very active with my girlfriend (regrettably). my wife is so pretty and loving. what might be the issue? I have a history of high blood pressure though. Is there any connection? ??? pls help. Am tired od giving excuses to my wife.

Brief Answer: It has side effects like diziness,nasal congestion Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for follow up. If taken in appropriate dosage and only on demand side effects are minimal and one gets accustomed to Viagra.
