Brief Answer:
need liver testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question,
Orange urine can be a sign of a problem with the liver or gallbladder. The fact that you have a fever is concerning that some sort of infection may be going on.
It would be best for you to see a doctor today.
You need an exam and some urine and blood tests done. You may also need an ultrasound of the liver and gallbladder depending upon the results of your exam.
If you do not have a doctor that you can see today then it would be best for you to go to an urgent care or to emergency.
If this were an infection in the liver or gallbladder it could be quite serious.
Upper abdominal pain, fever and orange urine can be signs of a serious problem so do not delay. See a doctor today for evaluation
