Brief Answer:
Possible infection needs to rule out

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for asking HealthCareMagic.
I have gone through your question .
Possible infectous diarrhea.

If you have fever ( temperature >39) with the diarrhea this could be a bacterial infection ( need to rule out) and in this case you need to be seen by a local doctor to do some blood test, stool samples and according to the result you may start antibiotic.

You need to drink planty of water ( avoid dehydration) use ORS ( oral rehydration ), eat toast, soup, crackers, salty food, bananas, chamomile tea, yoghurt. .
Avoid the use of any antidiarrheal medications (Loperamid)until your local doctor confirm the diagnosis.

Hope i have answered your question.
Let ne know if you have any further clarifications, i will be happy to help.
Take Care !
