Question: I have pain at the connection of my toes to the rest of the foot on both the top and bottom of my foot. There is no apparent swelling or redness, but the pain is progressive over time and during the day. How should I treat this?

I have been in pain for about a month and have tingling in my right thumb but not in my foot. I had a satisfactory bone test a year ago and am do for another. I do not have diabetes or thyroid problems. I take blood pressure medication.

Is it possible this is a condition "planters ???"?

Brief Answer:
Planter fasciitis can cause pain on bottem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. Pain at bottom can be caused by Planter fasciitis. In this condition there is inflammation of planter fat but pain at top of the feet is not due to that. It is most probably lack of calcium in your in body. So i have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Wear soft foot wear. You can use silicone insoles, which can be wear inside shoes, easily available online.
3.Take calcium 1000 mg daily and vitamin 60000 unit per week for six weeks. Tablet Methylcobal one daily.
4. Volini gel local application.
5.Tablet Etoricoxib if pain is severe.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
