Question : hi docotr my wife was aborted at 11 weelk for bleeding .it was medically aborted in the hospital.after that bleeding did not stop it went for one month .then usg done and remanants removed by dnc. even then bleeding did not stop. then they prscribed tab- overall g for 21 days. bleeding stopped. then for 21 days bleedind did not occur. again bleeding started on 6 day of stopping tablets and it is for 4 days. again bleeding started after 4 days of withdrawl bleeding.it is not heavy. please help me what to do.

See, after a medical abortion, your wife will have some form of irregular bleeding or spotting for 1 - 2 months.
It is natural.
Just make sure that a repeat USG is done after the D and C also, to check that all remnants are completely removed.
If the USG is normal, then please do not worry.
You can continue using Ovral - G for 3 months continuously, as that will help in regulating periods.
