Brief Answer:
Likely PMS

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

Pain only correlated with menstruation is likely a gynecological issue. COnstipation may be the collateral in such cases. If the sonograms has not picked up any thing then i doubt it to be endometriosis.

If your pain is associated with psychological behavior, mood swings or any other symptom then it may be considered a PMS. Pre menstrual syndrome presents this way. People in PMS have dietary perversions and crave for chocolates and sweets and salty things. Acne, Back pain, headache, breast tenderness may also be the symptoms. Age group of 40 plus is more likely to get PMS.

But before confirming it, some other etiologies which mimic such presentation like IBS, Perimenopause, Depression , Anxiety and thyroid disease.

Get to a gynecologist and let them help you in this regard. Eat small frequent meals, Avoid dairy products or fatty food, Avoid cola, coffee, hot dogs, potato chips, canned goods).

It would be better if you focus on diet as (fruits, vegetables, milk, complex carbohydrates, high-fiber foods, low-fat meats) may help assist patients in food choices.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

May the odds be ever in your favour.

Khan
