Not due to pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If the pregnancy test is negative then pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in periods can be due to stress and anxiety or a side effect of I-pill that you took. Since the pregnancy is ruled out there is no need to worry. It is best to wait for another week and see if the periods start on their own. In case these are still delayed then consult your gynecologist for proper hormonal treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Periods will start after a week even if you take medicine.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
To bring back the periods you will have to take synthetic progesterone preparations for 5 days and it will take at least a week for the periods to start.
Do consult your gynecologist for proper prescriptions after an examination.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
