Question : Hello, I am a 32 years old/male. Currently on medicines related to increase sexual vitality like Nanoleo and Eutrial-AT. and after taking these medicines, my sex drive get improved a lot. My question is: Yesterday, I went to bed at 11.30 PM and I was very in good mood. I kept on fantasising about my girl friend and had very hard erection. Due to continuous fantasising I did not had good deep sleep till 5.30 AM morning and throughout from 11.30 PM till 5.30 AM, I kept on fantasising and had good hard erection.(as I have mentioned I did not had good deep sleep till 5.30 AM, but I am not sure might be I slept in between a little and then wake up and again felt on sleep for a while). So, my concern is, I am correlating this with the effect of Viagra pills. Like a known side effect of Viagra is, if erection not come down after 4 hours of Viagra intake then it can cause permanent harm to the penile veins. In my case, I was not on Viagra but the had contentious erection of duration 6 hours. I am worried now, is this really make any problem to my penile veins? Is my fear is reasonable? Please help. Prolonged painful erection associated without sexual fantasies is abnormal. You think you didn't sleep which may not be true. You were fantasising also and no pain. so it is normal, nothing to worry.
