                                    Brief Answer:
uterine polyp or cervical erosions.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The causes of bleeding per vaginum can be uterine or cervical . yOu need to get a per speculum examination done to rule out any cervical erosions and also an ultrasound transvaginal to rule out any endometrial polyps or submucosal fibroids. Other medical causes can be bleeding disorder which is unlikely. So please get yourself investigated and meet a gynecologist for an examination.
Regards

I have done so much exams, of my stomach, back, uterus, ultrasounds, multiple bleed tests, and nothing was found.
What else could it be?
