Question : I am on Asmanex, two 220mcg puffs (a.m., p.m.). I have been using this med. for several months. I am noticing increasing fullness in my face, almost a puffiness. I am 74, female, petite (90 lbs.). I am physically very active. Thank you.

Mometasone is inhaled corticosteroid.
And rarely inhaled corticosteroid can cause facial puffiness.
Another cause like kidney disease should also be ruled out as it can also cause facial puffiness.
