Question : Hi doctor, i have puffy nipples ever since im young. Whenever i pressed on it, it will shrink. Do you know what the health problem is? Thanks.

The mound below the nipples if normal and not like a female breast then nothing to worry.
It will get normalize or at least start getting normal after 25 years of age.
