Brief Answer:
Night cramps likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pull and pain in your legs at night is likely to be due to night cramps. Night cramps most of the time occur for no known reason, and they're harmless.

Sometimes, it can be due to dehydration, muscle fatigue or electrolyte abnormalities. It is better to drink sufficient fluid and also see that your intake of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium ) is sufficient. You can drink Oralyte for this.
Doing a hot compress of the calves at night will also help.
I hope this answers your query.

Thank you for the detailed response sir, I have one doubt - can it be because of low calcium (which is a common problem for females) I am asking this because I take sufficiently good amount of water in the day (about 8-10 glasses)

Really appreciate all your help and opinion
