Question : i have a history of blood clots. I was in the hospital about two weeks after I was sent home I took a hard fall and was back in the hospital with clots in my lungs could that fall cause them

Yes,it could have caused this on two ways. First,because of trauma and second,if you were resting strictly after fall. It seems like you have some predisposition for blood clots and you need permanent anticoagulant therapy to prevent these incidents in future. Wish you good health. Regards
