Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking me directly!
I read your query very carefully.

In most of the cases the pulse will be visible in your right neck due to the following causes:
- Tricuspid valve insufficiency
- Aortic valve regurgitation (insufficiency)
- Lung disease and pulmonary hypertension
- Pericarditis
- Mediastinal mass (aortal aneurysm, mediastinal tumors, tymoma, sarcoidosis etc.)

In order to exclude Pulmonary disease and mediastinal mass you should wait for the MRI examination results. Moreover, cardiac echo and MRI will exclude any valvular problems and any hole in your hearts.

Since you have had pericarditis the visible pulse on your neck is caused by flue and pericarditis.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
