I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There are a number of causes for pulsating in upper abdomen. Most common causes include:

- Abdominal aortic aneurysm
- Cholecystitis
- Gallbladder pathology can cause a moderately tender, irregularly shaped right-upper quadrant mass.
- Liver enlargement (hepatomegaly) can cause a firm, irregular mass below the right rib cage

I would suggest you to visit hospital as it needs urgent attention. Dr will examine that area and will order some investigations like ultrasound of that area & MRI abdomen to confirm the exact cause. Further management will depend upon the investigation results.
