Question : My left testacle area turns purple throughout the day but clears up at night when I'm sleeping. I'm currently on chemotherapy for CLL- Imbruvica. Could it be a side effect? No pain.

Hi,

There seems to be congestion of the venous plexus (group of venous capillaries) which carry the impure blood. This bring in the bluish hue to the testicle area.
Yes it could be side effect of chemotherapy for CLL. I am not sure if this is specific to Imbruvica.

So In my opinion this should be a side effect.
