Question : my 13 year old daughter pointed out a flat purple mole like spot on her vaginal lip I have watched it over the past week and there has been no change what could this be

No pain or discimfort at all no trama its flat located in the inner left vaginal lip. I dont feel comfotable posting a picture. She is only 13
