Question : Hi there - i am 53 years old I have recently noticed over the last week that I have developed dark purple like veins on my right ball scrotum and is now gradually appearing on the left ball scrotum as well.I do not have serious pain but a dull/uncomfortable sensation especially when sitting down.about 2 weeks ago I accidentally hit my right testicle with a golf club which was painful but not majorly so.
Can you perhaps offer some guidance Thks and Rgds - Concerned !

As an Urologist, i advise you, to get a doppler ultrasound scan of scrotum done.
That will give information regarding, whether the veins you're seeing are abnormal.
Also, whether the golf club hit has caused any injury to the testia inside.

However, for the discomfort , you may take Paracetamol or Acetaminophen (Tylenol) after meals.
