Question : 4-6 pus cells in stool and bacteria ++ .have lot of bloating,gas,urge to empty bowels.whats all this.

You are reporting your stool test results with pus cells and bacteria++.
Your stool test shows about bacterial infection of your Gastrointestinal
It also explain your symptoms like gas, urge to empty your bowel.

This is why at your situation I would reccomandations to start antibiotic treatment according to stool culture test results.

Stool culture test results shows you the proper antibiotic against your infection.
Otherwise till at the end of your stool culture test results you can start the treatment with Flagyl and ciprofloxacine .
