Brief Answer:
Propably catheter induced urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern for your brother i will try and help you in best possible way,

Since how many does catheter was in??

Does he have burning or painful micturation??

Does he have freqient urge for urination??

Does he have fever with chills??

What other medication he is taking??

From what report findings you have mentioned it suggest urinary tract infection after catherization,
Usually in our setup we start with a antibiotic like cefexime and do some test like urine culture and sensitivity.
And change the antibiotics accordingly.

I would like to see your reports also please do attach it.

Regards
