Question : Hello, yesterday I started to a itching/burning sensation on my outer ear, to day there is a puss filled, blister like where it itches.

Based on the description and image that you uploaded, it appears to be a boil. The boil needs to be incised and drained. The pus can be sent for culture. Based on the clinical picture and severity , systemic antibiotics can be considered for proper resolution of the infection.
