Question : Im 27yrs male, i didnt have sex for at leat 1 month, no touching girls, i just saw this happening in my balls skin, can u let me know what's wrong with me

I have read your question and I have also reviewed the image. I can see lot of pus points.

you seem to have bacterial folliculitis which is skin infection of hair follicles.

If i was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a topical antibiotic cream e. g mupirocin cream or neosporin cream twice daily. I would also suggest an oral antibiotic e. g amoxicillin 500mg three times daily for a week.
these are prescription medications and I suggest you to talk to your doctor for the needful.
