Question : I have a puss formation on my tail bone it's very painful, currently I'm in UAE and have been advised to have it cut, and indian doc have advised to wait.

I have studied your case.

If pus is more and XXXXXXX yellow colour you may need to drain it.

Start antibiotic regime and look for results.
You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, ESR, CRP.

Clinical examination is very important in such case. If obvious sign of abscess are present like pain, redness, swelling, trobbing sensation then better to drain it surgically.
