the problem started since three days ago, every thing is normal, no vomiting, or nausea, the pain moves around my stomach every 5 minutes and stops and continues again every 5 minutes, each time it comes around it is painful no medicine stops it, not even phenegan, and I stay awake, the second day it comes every 20 to 30 minutes for a 30 seconds to 1 minute interval and comes back , it rotates

In the absence of any other associated symptoms It's unlikely to be serious. It is likely to be due to non specific intestinal colic.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water
2. High fiber diet
3. Antispasmodic like Drotavarin will help relieve pain
4. Antacid or acid suppressant like Pantoprozole will be helpful
