Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and get investigated further

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are having Parkinson's disease related stiffness and night doses may be increased to tackle your morning stiffness.

Pain in back and gluteal region with radiation to lower limbs and numbness over fingers requires lumbosacral spine MRI.

Possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy should be considered.
You can get the imaging of lumbosacral spine.
Upload any previous reports or imaging if available.
Physiotherapy may be helpful.

Pregabalin can be started for pain relief(please get the necessary prescription from your local physician).
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
