Brief Answer:
Could be inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

It seems you have an inflammation in the region you have pain. High blood pressure can be caused by pain.
Take Ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day, it will relieve the pain and inflammation.
But it would be a better idea to see your doctor to have blood analyses and X Rays done.

Wishing you good health

Good morning Dr.

Thank you for your response but I have another brief question. The bumps on my arm seems to run up and down my arm where a big vain is. The also feels like the vain is hard. I do have carpal tunnel extremely bad in that hand as well to the point that I will wake up crying at night from the burning pain in 3 of my fingers. I haven't injured myself either, it seems the longer I sit upright the more the pain gets in my neck PULLING down in my chest. I am really trying to not go to the ER and I am new in town so I do not have a doctor as of yet. So if you really think I should go or do you think I should just wait it out.

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

It is really difficult to evaluate online, but it seems the bumps running up and down are lymph nodes.
If the pain is 8/10 severe and bumps are more than 3, see a doctor.

Take care
