Question : I have pulsing pain ion my bowel , that travel through to the virginal area., down my legs. have pins and needles in feet swelling and the veins in my feet will swell and swelling in my ankles. have trouble with feet first thing in the morning. I have the pulsing attacks can come and go, usually happens in the early morning. but the pins and needles are there all the time. what could this be?

I have gone through the details. I would like to know the following..

Have you had comorbid illness like diabetes hypertension etc from long?

Did you ever take any medications for prolonged periods?

Any history of photosensitivity or rash?

Please provide the details.

Moreover I would advise you to get the following investigations done,

Complete blood counts, liver and kidney function tests, antinuclear antibody test
Urine routine examination, Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.

Also please send the image of swelling of feet

Differentials could be immunological disorder, porphyria and liver diseases
This will throw more light on your problems
