Brief Answer:
Possible musculoskeletal pain, take analgesic....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Pain in upper forearm could be due to various reasons in patients of your age (32 years old).

If no history of trauma, or local skin lesions, then the pain is of muscular skeletal in origin.

Take ibuprofen or nimesulide and see if the pain will be subsided.

With regards to your arm getting smaller, can you send a photo of both of your arms to evaluate them myself?

Thank you.

the first one or my right, next one my left. my left bicep goes all the way to the elbow, my right doesn't. I can't get a good picture of my shoulders but left shoulder is bigger as well.
