Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You seem to be having Cervical spondylosis which is a degenerative condition of the spine in the back of the neck causing compression of the nerves in the neck that travel to the upper limbs which can cause tingling and numbness.

You can take Lyrica 75mg twice a day. This is a prescription drug; your local doctor will know about ti.Also apply warm packs to the back of the neck. Avoid bending the neck forwards. Avoid using thick pillow. Perform neck extension exercises. Do get an Xray and MRI of the cervical spine to confirm. Physiotherapy will be helpful.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Surgical

Detailed Answer:
Stem cell won't help in your case because there is bony problem. I won't recommend a Chiropractor in your case due to possible risks.

You can try surgical microdiscectomy to remove the disc. Otherwise continue physiotherapy which would be best.
