Question : i got a sharp pain that comes and go in my back rigth side below my waist. i got acid reflex problems ihas been send by my dr to have H XXXXXXX TEST.BUT i didnt have the pain then.what could it be?

Hello Mam,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern.After reading your condition, I could think of two possibilities right now 1)Sciatica 2)Kidney/Ureteric stones.

Sciatica most commonly occurs when a herniated disk or a bone spur on the spine compresses part of the nerve.The symptoms you are having correlates with it.

Secondly ,it can be kidney or ureteric stones,in which sometimes the pain can be felt below the waist ,along with other symptoms like pain on urination,urinating more often than usual,cloudy or foul-smelling urine etc
