Question: My father is 63 year old and his ESR is 140 and his heamoglobin 8.4 . So plz kindly tell me that he have any risk factor....Plz tell me aboutchronic disease

Your father findings suggests raised ESR and anemia(low hemoglobin level).
Increased ESR may be seen in many conditions like infection,inflammation,malignancy etc.

Your father condition need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigations include complete hemogram,random blood sugar,complete liver function test,renal function test,lipid profile,Urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen,thyroid profile,Chest X-ray (PA view).
Peripheral smear of blood should also be examined to search for cause of anemia.
Empirically he can take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetable,jaggery etc.
He can also take iron-zinc combination tablet once daily.He can take one glass of lemon water along with iron tablet,it helps in better absorption of iron.
Single dose of folic acid tablet should also be taken.
If he is non vegetarian then he can also take liver etc.

It is important to investigate for underlying cause.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hiccup generally lasts for short duration and usually doesn't require any medication.
If hiccup is persistent(last persistently for two days)then medicines like chlorpromazine can be prescribed.
