Brief Answer:
Close follow up of SGPT,TLC,DLC required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

SGPT is a liver enzyme raised in liver disorders.
The normal level of SGPT is less than 40 IU/L.
SGPT level up to 80 IU/L is marginal increase.
SGPT is raised in conditions wherein there is damage to hepatocytes or liver cells. This damage can be due to infections, drugs, toxins etc.
SGPT levels are usually elevated along with another liver enzyme.
A close follow up of SGPT levels is required.

In order to assess whether you have absolute or true lymphocytosis, total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential leukocyte count is required (DLC).
Fever and chills suggest bacterial infections like pneumonia, urinary tract infection, cholangitis or parasitic infection- malaria etc.

You can safely take protein, pre-workout and milk.
Since, you have stopped fat burner there is no need to worry about its side effect.

If you have more queries, I will be glad t answer.

Brief Answer:
Gyming can be continued.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,

The blood report suggests an absolute increase in levels of lymphocytes.
A rise in lymphocyte count is seen in viral infections, chronic infections like tuberculosis, typhoid fever, etc.
You can continue gyming.
Fever and fatigue suggest some infection.
You need to consult a primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and to look for any evidence of infection in the body.
You can discontinue gyming till you fully recover from fever and fatigue.

Thanks and take care
