Question : I have what appear to be scratches on mu upper left shoulder, going from the top of shoulder to the middle of my back, almost my waist. I could not have made them I can't reach, and just realized that the scratches are very raised blisters. I have multiple health issues including an ICD, diabetes, lyme, and asthma and wonder if I should go to the er. I have been hospitalized for these other issues 5 times in the last 14 months, and don't want to go for nothing, but this is a large area.

Brief Answer:
It could be due to some immunogenic skin cndition.Consult a skin specialist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and it seems that you could be suffering from some immunogenic skin condition which should require to be treated early. You need a dermatological consultation at the earliest. Going to the ER might be the first step but please try to fix an early appointment with your dermatologist.
