Question : I am having some sort of infection. Please find attached the pic. The same has happened on 3 places on hand.

I am dr.kakkar, dermatologist. I have reviewed the image.
These are warts or verrucae. A Wart is an infection caused by hpv i.e human papilloma virus.

I suggest either Cautery or CO 2 laser vaporization for these warts.
