Question: Hello. About a month ago I noticed a raised lesion at bottom of my shaft. Its skin colored, rather smooth texture and symetrical in shape. What is this?

It is looking like molluscum contagiousum a viral infection.
You need to meet a dermatologist and get them removed.
It cannot be treated with cream as there is a central nucleus which needs to be removed with a needle for complete treatment.

With photograph it is looking like molluscum.
It's better to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined.
