What Causes Random Bruises On The Body?

Question: I have bruises of different sizes appear out of nowhere. Could that indicate internal bleeding or circulation problem. They don,t hurt and dissapear in a few days. It happenes once in a while, not all the time. Purplish with a red center. Thank You

Such bruises are not indicative of any internal bleeding or circulation problem.
These appear most probably due to laxity of skin that comes on with age and the increased fragility of capillaries.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of a hematologist so that further investigations of blood can be done to support or rule out any specific reason, for example coagulation profile, liver function and kidney function tests, capillary fragility tests and as he would advise on clinical evaluation.
