Question : these bumps just randomly showed up about a week ago I am sexualy active, I need help please

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
I would suggest you to see a nearby dermatologist as soon as possible since on appearance ,the lesions look like viral warts .
For confirmation of the diagnosis ,a direct examination by a dermatologist is necessary .
For the time being ,do not apply anything over the lesions .
