What Causes Random Red Spots On The Body?

Question : Hello I have discovered that I have a few scattered petichae (pin point red spots on different areas of my body. I have a couple on my right hand and about 4 on my left arm as well as a couple on my chest and one on my forehead. Should I be concerned with this?

I read your clear description of these 'petechiae'.
Nope. No need for any concern.
If there is a 'sudden spurt' of lots of these petechiae, then we need to worry.
Few here & there are of common occurrence.
If your general health is good, there is nothing to be concerned about. Let them remain & carry on.
