Question : rapid heart beat in a resting position, frequent urnination, always at night...75 yr old female in good health..take no meds

A combination of rapid heart rate and frwuent urination may be a manifestation of anxiety/ stress, diabetes and heart failure. However diabetes will be accompanied by increased desire to drink water and eat more. Heart failure will be associated with breathlessness, easy fatigue or swelling feet.
