Brief Answer:
Test your blood for HbA1c level.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Your post prandial blood sugar level is on the higher side and hence needs to be kept in control. Periodic monitoring of the blood sugar level is essential. I will also suggest you to test your blood for HbA1c level. It indicates a 3 monthly average of how high your blood sugar has been. If the test suggests you would need to take medication. Diabetes can lead to fatty liver and can depress the immune system. Moreover, if you turn out to be diabetic, it is not a good idea for you to fast and that could lead to hypoglycemia with manifestations like chills.

Calcium oxalate in urine indicates that you are not drinking adequate amounts of water. You have to increase your fluid intake.

I would not be concerned about the increase in heart beat.

Get the report for HbA1c done and based on it I will provide you a diet plan.

Brief Answer:
It indicates diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

For people without diabetes, the normal range for the hemoglobin A1c test is between 4% and 5.6%. Hemoglobin A1c levels between 5.7% and 6.4% indicate increased risk of diabetes, and levels of 6.5% or higher indicate diabetes. The report therefore confirms your diabetic status and correlates the findings that you have mentioned.
