Question : I feel my heart beating in my chest some tightness comes and goes thought not constant discomfort. No real pain just feels uncomfortable and worrysome

I read your question and i understand your concern. At age of just 27, beating heart with no prior heart problem history is nothing to worry about, Anxiety and panic attacks are the commonest explanation for all this , Just take some anxiolytics, rest for a while, take a day off from work and you will see a definite improvement.
