Brief Answer:
several reasons

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
It is possible that the need to urinate during the night causes a stress reaction which wakes you up and then causes an increase in heart rate.
It is also possible that if you are having some pain due to the need to urinate that that could also cause a mild elevation in heart rate.
Next, it is possible that just arising from a lying down position to standing can cause a brief increase in heart rate as your body adjust to the new position.
None of these are serious and as long as your heart rate goes back to normal it is not a problem. It is great that the doctor says your heart is normal.
If the condition is very troublesome to you or if you feel dizzy upon standing up at night you might ask your doctor to refer you for a Holter monitor to see what is going on with your heart during these episodes.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
