Brief Answer:
Sure way would be to get a PET Scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the question.
I can understand your concern as weight loss can be quite an ominous symptom.
You must be concerned about possibility of cancer.
Please let me know whether he has any other symptoms or problems that he complains of. Is he eating well and passing stools normally.
In some cases the body and the GI system takes time to get used to the removed Gall bladder and therefore weight loss can happen.
The close to sure way to rule out a cancer would be to get a Whole Body PET scan done. This would be able to tell whether there is any suspicion of cancer anywhere in the body.
Has a CT scan been done after the surgery?
That would give us some clue of any suspected sites.
You can get a PET scan done and let me know.
Take care and do let me know if there are other queries on this issue.
I hope he recovers full health fast.

As your question

1. Is he eating well and passing stools normally.

Yes , eating light food and stools are normal .

2. Biopsy report said there is no malignancy .

3. MRCP scanning done before the operation and surgeon told me there no more scan will not required .

4. Blood report RE ( Last week ) all are normal so Dr told me can not see anything abnormal like malignancy.

Now my question is there any other cause where you suspect malignancy or cancer .
If cancer then I hope blood will show something.

Please let me know .

I forgot to told you one thing he has too much hyper tension.

Brief Answer:
Good to know he is eating well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your reply.
Its good to know that he is eating alright.
I think you should slowly increase his diet specially with proteins and simple carbohydrates.
This should help him gain weight.
You are doing a good thing by keeping a record of his weight. Please check at least once a week and keep a written record.
As for Hypertension please get it treated by your Physician and keep it under control. preferably keep a written record of the same once or twice a day till it is within normal limits.
I suspect Cancer as weight loss and chronic infections like Tuberculosis are the commonest causes of weight loss. No other reason to suspect the same.
If the weight loss continues I suggest go ahead with the PET Scan.
Take care and do let me know if there are any further queries.
I would be more than happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Please increase his protein intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the details of intake that you have sent.
I see that the intake consists mostly of carbohydrates. There are no proteins or other nutrients in the diet plan. He needs to increase his protein intake and fibre intake with probably less rice and more wheat based diet. For a proper diet chart you will need to consult a Dietician who will be able to give you a comprehensive plan as per the patients requirement.
Hepatitis which had happened should not be the cause for present problems and probably has no bearing to the present condition.
Change his diet to include protein products like cheese, pulses, cottage cheese, beans and boiled chicken or mutton if he takes non vegetarian diet.
All the best and please also get the Hypertension in control.
Take care and I look forward to hearing from you of his improving health and weight
