Question : I have a rash and what I believe to be hemorrhoids around the anus area, and the smell, despite cleaning thoroughly, is bad.

Any suggestions for remedy?

Hi

Greetings of the day

Perianal rash and hemorrhoids are two different pathologies

What I presume is that there is a small boil which has ruptured and has caused a sinus which is smelling bad

I would suggest you take a sitz bath twice a day and add a good antibiotic like cefexime with ornidazole

If possible get a complete blood panel done and a transrectal ultrasound
