Brief Answer:
?ALLERGY/ CONTACT DERMATITIS

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

The possibilities I can think of are
1.fungal infections due to poor hygiene/retained moisture.,
2.contact dermatitis if she is wearing synthetic undergarments etc.,
3.secondary bacterial infection.

I would advise her to wear only 100% cotton panties.
Maintain good perineal hygiene.
Keep the perineal region clean and dry. Wash the area with lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry with toilet paper.

If it is due to an allergic condition, a tablet of cetirizine might help.
Gynaecology consultation is recommended, who might prescribe her antifungal ointment like clotrimazole,or also might advise a vaginal swab test to find out the causative agent.

Hope this advice and information was helpful to you.
