If there is no fever, there is no cause for concern
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX
If there is no fever at present, presence of rash is less significant. Exact diagnosis of rash is only possible after clinical examination. It would be helpful if you could get back to me with clinical photograph of the rash. Also let me know what are his present symptoms apart from rash.
Awaiting your response
Take Care

I'll try and forward a photo. In the meantime, he is very itchy on his hands and feet. Do you have any other suggestions than motrin or Cortisone?
