Brief Answer:
Slight inflammation, mild to non noticeable rash

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your corona is slightly inflamed but there is no markedly visible rash on it to worry about. A recent aggressive coitus or a masturbation can cause this. Tight clothes like jeans etc can also cause it. Dry peeling skin though with this slight discomfort .

If no recent unprotected coituses, then fungal infection may be the case like attributed to hygiene issues as prolonged wearing of tight clothes, sweating in undergarments etc.

I would like you to rest for a while, abstain from intimacy and apply some topical steroid creams low dose hydrocortisone from the market over it and modify coital and toilet habits like no masturbation, wearing loose airy undergarments preferably cotton. post coital voiding and keeping the groin hair free.

Hydrocortisone cream is enough for the time being. If the itching continues or the peeling skin, add an antifungal to it. Talk to a doctor or internist nearby if the issue does not resolve with above mentioned tips .

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Brief Answer:
A week tops

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

With good hygiene maintenance, abstinence from any more triggers nd friction and topical application, i would say a week or a few days tops. If the symptoms persist then get to a doctor and let them have a look, Dry and peeling skin can also be managed with some topical lubricant like petroleum jelly etc or vaseline .

I hope it helps.
