Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
If you tested negative 4 months after the exposure then you definitely are not infected with HIV.
The negative duo test after 4 months is conclusive.
You have to stop thinking about it.Your status is HIV negative and you don't need to do further tests.
Knowing that ,we can tell for sure that your health problems are not related with HIV.
The rash in your skin looks like a skin condition :eczema ,fungal infection ,or a specific condition of the skin called Psoriasis.
For this matter I would recommend to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis.
About your nails,I saw carefully your picture but it doesn't seem to be concerning. It looks normal.
I don't see nothing suspicious in your nails.
You can discuss it with a dermatologist ,just to be sure and to put your mind in rest.
I am sure it is nothing.
Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
Kind Regards!
