Question : I snorted some coccain last night and developed a rash on R shoulder

You have mentioned that you have developed a skin on right shoulder.

Cocaine has tendency to cause some major skin reactions.

Also, there are high chances that you might be allergic to cocaine.

I think you would require an anti-allergic medicine like vistaril. (It has no interactions with ccocaine.) But you must consult your physician immediately. Donot take medicines on your own.

I would also advice you to stay away from cocaine.

But if rashes increases in size or number, or there is itching, you must visit your physician.
